Visit to Vimy Ridge and some cemeteries I cannot recommend Michel's services highly enough. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He suggested other stops after the visit to Vimy, which we very much appreciated, cemeteries as well as the touching "monument des fraternisations". He had water for us and offered umbrellas if needed. He can communicate well in English, but if you are able to speak some French, which I can, he was very appreciative of the effort. Really a high point of our two weeks in Europe, despite the terrible history.

A very Canadian Memorial Many thanks to Michel for an excellent and informative tour around Arras and the Vimy Ridge Memorial. Michel has great knowledge of the Battle of Areas (which includes Vimy Ridge) and gives an meaningful overview as we drive to and from the Memorial. The Memorial itself is very beautiful and quite serene (we were fortunate to visit on a quiet day). Thanks again Michel.

Ideal travel solution Michel from RMB Transport offered a travel experience from Arras to Vimy Ridge and back that enhanced our experience and provided good value for money. Booking was easy. Michel was on time and courteous when picking us up near the train station. The drive was a history tour, even moreso on the return journey where he showed us various graveyards explaining their significance along with other history of the region. Getting out of the car to visit a memorial to the 1915 Christmas truce certainly added to the experience. If you are traveling via train this is an ideal solution for visiting Vimy Ridge and the local history will enhance your experience.

Vimy Drive: Highly Recommend RMB Michel was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he helped make our trip to the Vimy Memorial an incredible experience. Not only was he professional and pleasant, but he also shared fascinating insights about the history and architecture of the area as we drove. On the way back, he surprised us by taking a different route, giving us the chance to see even more historical sites—including, to our delight, the location of the Christmas Truce of 1914. I can’t recommend RMB Transports enough, and Michel, in particular, made the journey truly memorable.

Highly recommended! Michel gave us a lovely ride to Vimy Ridge for the Remembrance Day ceremony, showing us cemeteries and memorials on the way, and sharing lots of historical information. This was my second time to use RMB Transports, I highly recommend them!

A Meaningful Day to the Canadian Monument thank you Michel! Organizing our trip to the Canadian Monument was very easy. The online booking process was simple, communication was excellent, and the pick-up instructions were clear. Michel arrived right on time. We took the train from Lille to Arras. Michel was incredibly personable, and the ride was filled with engaging conversation. His deep knowledge of both world wars, along with fascinating local insights as a native of the area, truly brought the experience to life. He was informative and fun from start to finish.
